The Gatehouse Inventory team of clerks are accredited, fully insured and regulated by the Association of the Independent Inventory Clerks. We provide fully-compliant accurate property reports including inventory, check in, check out, mid-term inspections and rent review inspections.
Our clients range from commercial landlords, breweries, property developers and letting agents through to private landlords, but to all of our valued clients, we ensure the best possible professional, efficient and friendly service at all times.
